MIAMI - COSTA RICA - MEXICO - NEW YORK

A few shots from last week.
I left Miami last Saturday under a storm...

...and I moved towards Costa Rica, where I had the chance to collaborate with the IEE (Instituto de Estudios Empresariales) and also to give a session on my new book, The Talking Manager, at Miravalles (University of Costa Rica).  I was very lucky: on Sunday they took me to the jungle and also to the beach.

After Costa Rica, I made a quick trip to Mexico to give a couple of sessions at the Human Resources Symposium held by ANTAD.

And Finally I headed to New York, where I had the chance to present my first book, Los próximos 30 años, to a group of young professionals in Manhattan. Here are the slides I used:

On Sunday, I went with my friend Nathan to bike Manhattan:

And Finally, yesterday I went up to the top of the Empire State Building to unveil the jacket desing of my new book, The Talking Manager, which as far as the publisher (Planeta) and I know, it's the first bilingual management book.  Here is the video where you can see its jacket design:
